When will I receive my Items?

Our postage team works works during the UK working week. We will aim to package and post your order within 2 working days. You should then allow a further 2-3 working days for your order to arrive. We do not ship on weekends.

UK customers will usually arrive within 4-5 working days. If you live outside of the UK your items will usually arrive within 10-14 working days of you receiving your dispatch confirmation email.

You should wait a maximum of 3 weeks before following up orders which haven’t arrived, although we would fully expect you to contact us before then if you have any concerns.

We use Royal Mail for all deliveries.
All deliveries will require a signature.

Item(s) purchased from Starter Black Label must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags still attached in order to receive a refund/exchange, and within 14 days of receiving the shipment.

To return an item(s) for a refund or exchange, please log a return on our returns page which can be found here, or by clicking the link in the footer. We ask that you send the package back with a copy of the printed form from the returns page. Please mark the box clearly ‘ WEB RETURNS’ and close it securely. We recommend that you send the return by recorded delivery and keep a copy of the proof of sending as we are not liable for items that get lost in transit.

If the product is deemed to be in its original purchase condition, a refund will be issued in the original form of payment and will reappear in your account in 3-5 working days. We will also send an email confirmation to you once your return/exchange has been received. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges.

If you purchased an item from and want to exchange it for a different colour, size or style, you can do so within 30 days of receiving the shipment using the form sent in your original package together with your original invoice. We will ship the new items to the original address at no extra charge to customers within the EU. Exchanges are not available to customers outside the EU.

We are unable to refund your return postage costs unless the items are deemed to be faulty. In this case, please ensure you return the item using second class recorded post only as we will be unable to refund any amount higher than this. However, any refund on postage costs must be agreed prior to return which may involve you having to send a picture for proof of damage.

Please note, for all items that are returned to us due to you (the customer) providing an incorrect address, or not being home to receive the parcel/being able to collect the parcel from the nearest place it is left, you (the customer) are liable to re-pay the postage costs to have it returned to you.
